Dear Beauty Beyond Skin Community,
Today, I want to take a moment to sincerely apologize to you all.
I’ve realized that I underestimated what it truly means to lead and hold space for a community. I had certain expectations — which I now see were my own — about member participation, and I’ve come to understand that creating a space for authentic connection requires more clarity, structure, and communication on my part.
One of the main challenges has been the bilingual nature of the community. I believe that the mix of languages has made it difficult not only for me to communicate clearly with you, but also for participants to engage with one another.
That’s why I’m now at a crossroads and need to make a decision:
- Should I continue in just one language (Spanish, English, or Dutch)?
- Should I create separate sessions in different languages (for example, designated days or Zoom calls)?
- Or is it perhaps time to let this space go and restart with a clearer foundation?
Before I decide, I would truly love to hear from you: Do you wish to stay connected through this community? Which language feels most comfortable for you? And how can I genuinely be of service to you?
I also want to share some exciting news: I’ve started a new training in digital marketing, and it’s giving me fresh insights and tools that I’m truly excited to share with you — especially if we choose to continue this journey together.
Thank you for your patience, your energy, and for being part of this attempt to create something meaningful and transformative.
With love, 💞
Maria
