Hey, I’m Marcus.
I’m a Mindfulness Coach, Hoffman Process Teacher-in-Training, and Certified Level 2 Wim Hof Instructor based in Newport Beach, California. I had the honor of of being taught directly from Wim Hof, George Mumford, and teach at the Hoffman Process, and over the years, I’ve guided thousands of people into deeper connection with themselves—through breathwork, ice baths, and meditation.
Mindfulness isn’t just something I practice—it’s a way of life. My journey has been about seeking serenity, staying present, and helping others do the same. Coastal Calm Collective is an extension of that calling—a space designed to help you slow down, tune in, and come home to yourself.
