This Might Be Why You Feel Off…
Ever feel like something is wrong… something just feels off?
Not broken. Not overwhelmed. Just… not fully you.
That’s usually not a life problem.
It’s disconnection... from stillness. From peace. From yourself.
Take just a few seconds right now…to do a simple breathing technique for a quick reset.
You can do this standing up, sitting in a chair that supports your back, or lying on a bed or yoga mat on the floor.
Make yourself as comfortable as you can. If you can, loosen any clothes that restrict your breathing.
If you're lying down, place your arms a little bit away from your sides, with the palms up. Let your legs be straight.
If you're sitting, place your arms on the chair arms. If you're sitting or standing, place both feet flat on the ground. Whatever position you're in, place your feet roughly hip-width apart.
Relax and close your eyes.
  • Belly breathing...Let your breath flow as deep down into your belly as is comfortable.
  • 4-5-6 Method. Inhale through your nose for a count of 4 seconds, hold for 5 seconds, and exhale through your mouth for 6 seconds.
  • Breathe in and out gently and slowly.
  • Repeat up to 4 times.
