This course has been amazing for helping give me & my husband a better understanding of each others realities & perspectives! We wanted to feel more like a team and this course has helped facilitate some really great conversations to help us be more aligned and empathetic to what the other is feeling/ doing and why. Alex is also a very engaging facilitator and has brought new perspectives to topics we wouldn’t have known. HIGHLY recommend- definitely worth the investment in your relationship 🙌

Im getting a lot out of being here . I find Alex is endlessly pouring into everyone here with his positivity. There is no matter too great it seems, the group offers hope for mothers and fathers struggling with the carousel and I have noticed a big shift ine and my partners narrative since we began a month ago
