📣 Skool Is About to Get a LOT Better. Here's What's Coming.

I spoke with Sam Ovens (CEO of Skool) on Friday and requested the following features:

Draft saves for posts — Being able to save work-in-progress posts without publishing
Scheduled posting — Queue posts for a specific future date and time
Granular classroom analytics — Tracking which members have completed modules, time spent per section (minutes, hours), completion rates, etc. (I really wanted this before dropping my modules but its fine)
Auto-clear notification on reply — When you respond to a comment thread, it should automatically clear from your notification bell
A dedicated messages page — A full-page messaging experience instead of the current tab popout so conversations are easier to manage.

He LOVED #3 and #4. Those are coming to Skool soon!!!! 🎉

But #1 and #2 and #5? Not yet. So I'm building them myself.

This week I'm dropping a tool that solves both — plus expands DMs as well.

And here's the connection: Yesterday I asked you all "What's the #1 thing stopping you from hitting your revenue goals?" The most common answer was "I don't know how to find customers."

This tool is part of that lesson.

When you build in public, you get real-time feedback from real-time users. You see what people actually want. You don't waste months building something nobody asked for.

One of the tools I'm dropping this week is free. Why? Because nobody asked for it. And in my past, I've wasted way too much time building things no one wanted. That's the biggest mistake you can make.

Here's the truth: Your first 10 customers will never come from paid ads. They'll come from talking to people. Listening. Building what they actually need.

As you browse through Pandora's Box (which I'll be adding 42 more ideas to this week), ask yourself: "Do I know anybody that has this pain point? Where can I find somebody that has this pain point?" Those questions will always lead you to your first customer.
