Hey everyone — quick intro.
I’m currently building an AI-assisted execution decision system for solo founders.
The reason I’m working on this is simple: once you’re past the idea stage, execution tends to break not because of lack of discipline, but because there are too many decisions competing for attention at once.
I’m running early experiments around how to constrain decisions and reduce execution overload rather than add more tools or advice.
Looking forward to learning from everyone here and sharing notes as I go.
