Growth strategy, for conventional service business.
Hi I'm currently making great effort to grow my company but I am limited on capital,
I am trying to onboard to new clients and sign them up for a annual garden maintenance contract.
As I have little cash flow I'm trying to onboard myself rather than paid advertisement,
Any tips?..
As soon as I get the work booked I can run through some people to find the right fit.
Then rinse and repeat new customers new subcontractors etc.
Thought about going door to door but that doesn't work so well in the uk!
Still im willing to try it.
I have some business cards that I shull post through letter boxes.
But I was wondering if providing content or a blog would help gain interest in my services ?
