I just built an AI Feedback Intelligence Agent.

Who it's for: Marketers, founders, and agency owners who get 50+ inbound leads or messages a month.

The problem they face: They're drowning in form fills, emails, and DMs. Most look like "bad leads" or tire-kickers. They don't have time to read all of them, so they miss patterns.

What they don't see:

Objections killing conversions silently
Why certain leads drop off
What high-intent buyers say differently
Messaging mismatches between their offer and what people think they sell

Here's what it does:

Takes messy inbound messages (form submissions, emails, DMs) and turns them into a clean insight report.

The agent reads all messages, finds patterns across them, and tells you:

What objections keep repeating
What's confusing people
Which messages show high buying intent
What to change in your messaging or follow-up

No manual reading. No guesswork.

It only has two flows:

Messages get logged automatically into a sheet
AI processes them on schedule and generates a report

Built the skeleton. I plan on testing it with a couple pilots now.

Would be amazing if I can get your opinion on:

Is this useful enough as a paid service, or does it feel like something people would just build themselves?
What would make this more valuable? What am I missing?
