A lot of store owners I talk to put most of their effort into getting more traffic or redesigning pages when conversion dips.
With clients I’ve worked with, the bigger gains usually came from tightening a few key moments instead: where people hesitate, drop off at checkout, or "almost" buy but don’t.
That approach has been more consistent than constantly changing the site or running more ads.
Curious what’s been working for Shopify owners here.
Shopify owners here: do you see better results from on-site CRO tests, or from improving what happens around checkout and after a visit? (like, focusing more on nurturing the lead)
Would be interested to hear how others are tackling this.
