In the post yesterday that David created about what we're all struggling with or what our challenge is, I came across a few who mentioned ENGAGEMENT and CONNECTING with members in their community.

I heard this from a podcast that a major company tried this approach to coming up with ideas and solutions and we're doing to try it (if you want to) to help out our friends here with their challenges.
