One pattern I’ve noticed with a lot of founders is that execution doesn’t slow down because they lack effort or ideas. It slows down because key decisions never fully close. Priorities get set, then a new idea, a competitor move, or something read online quietly reopens everything again.
When too many decisions stay mentally open, focus keeps leaking. Teams stay busy, but momentum never really compounds. It’s subtle, but over time it becomes exhausting and frustrating because progress feels fragile instead of stable.
Curious how many people here have noticed this pattern in their own work or teams.
