About me & my "Why"

Hey everyone — I’m Max 👋

I’m a corporate attorney by trade, and over the last several years I’ve worked on everything from eight-figure mergers and acquisitions to complex real estate deals and nine-figure estate planning matters. I’ve seen the high-end, institutional side of business law up close.

But if I’m being honest, the work that was always the most rewarding to me wasn’t the massive transactions — it was helping new and aspiring business owners take their very first steps.

Helping someone go from “I have an idea” to “I just formed my company” is something special. I’ve always been that person who wants to sit down, hear what you’re building, and talk through how to make it real. Those conversations are what made me fall in love with this work in the first place.

So I created EZ Startup, my community here on Skool that teaches new/aspiring business owners about limited liability companies, the benefits they provide, and how to create one step-by-step. I’m here because I genuinely enjoy connecting with builders, founders, and people who are excited about creating something of their own.
