One of my goals for the year was to reach 5 pull-ups with good form, and I'm very close to reaching the goal, I plan to push and reach it next month. 💪
I will say that in the beginning it's hard to make progress with pull-ups, but once you get to your first 1-2 pullup it becomes very satisfying to do them, and that's the best part in my opinion. 🔥
