Upstate New York Wholesaling...?
Does anyone have experience wholesaling in New York?
Being an attorney State I'm trying to work out if I can get the seller to sign on the phone with me rather than having to send the contract to their attorney first.
It seems I legally can... but I'm wondering if anyone has experience with this?
