Owner Profile Feature Removed?⁉️
Hey BatchLeads users. It appears there has been a recent update that's removed the "Owner Profile" tab from property info that displayed other properties owned by the same owner (or at least sharing a common mailing address) with the subject property.
I brought this to the attention of BatchLeads, and their reply was:
"The feature has been removed due to the recent updates. At this time, we do not have a final confirmation from the backend team regarding whether this change will be permanent or only temporary. We understand that this may cause some inconvenience, and we appreciate your patience while we gather more information. As soon as we receive an update, we will be sure to inform you."
This feature has been instrumental in how I operate my business and generate deal flow.
I'm curious if, and how this is affecting others, and interested in hearing what other data providers you are using that reliably provide this data. I've been a loyal BatchLeads subscriber for over 4 years, and I'm really disappointed to see this potentially going away.
If this is a permanent change, I'll need to consider alternatives. TIA!
