Daily KPI Tracking?
What are the best standards and procedures for tracking KPIs inside of Batch Dialer?
Specifically having a hard time understanding the best way to track # of Conversations.
Not connected calls but the number of conversations and agent is having with a homeowner. The good, bad and ugly!
