Time to Level UP π
Iβve been quiet on Skool.com, but not inactive.
Over the past year, Iβve been working closely with experienced Business Analysts across the UK and US.
One pattern kept showing up:
Highly capable BAs were getting stuck; not because of lack of experience, but because:
β’ They were over-focused on documentation
β’ Under-involved in decision-making
β’ Uncomfortable in technical conversations
β’ Struggling with imposter syndrome
That gap between experience and seniority is what Iβve been focused on solving.
