I created a foot recovery community because I saw how many people silently struggle with foot pain, poor mobility, and discomfort( Myself included)—often without realizing their feet are at the root of bigger problems like knee, hip, or back pain. After experiencing my own journey of recovery and learning how much proper foot care can improve overall health, I knew others needed a space to share, learn, and heal together. This community is a place where people can find support, practical advice, and proven techniques to restore their feet and regain confidence in movement—whether they’re just starting out or looking for long-term relief.
Starting a young age my feet were always jammed into narrow shoes. My toes never had the right amount of space in the toe box.
Cleats did the most damage. Practicing day after day starting in pre-k all the way until senior year of Highschool. My toes were all over each other. That continued as I begin snowboarding and running track until I came across a huge problem during my first year of High School track. A torn hip labrum. After years of wondering what the issues were, I looked down.
