Hi, I am a self taught baker and I understand the trouble I went through when I was learning how to bake, I watched videos of famous bakers all day long, then tested the recipes and found a few recipes which worked for me after some tweaking. y customers love the taste of my cakes.
I would love to teach other new bakers all the recipes I have learned and tips and trick that I had to learn.
