Harvest Moon
🌕 LOOK UP — THE HARVEST MOON
There are evenings when the best thing we can do is simply go outside.
No lesson.
No activity to organise.
No screen.
Just look up.
The Harvest Moon reminds us that autumn has arrived.
The light is changing.
The evenings are drawing in.
Apples are falling.
Seeds are being gathered.
The earth is beginning its slow journey inward.
And perhaps we can too.
Take the children outside tonight.
Wrap yourselves in something warm.
Look for the moon.
Notice where it rises.
Notice its colour.
Notice the shadows it makes.
Ask one small question:
What would you like to gather and keep from this year?
These tiny moments become childhood.
