Children move in rhythms.
Close.
Far.
Independent.
Needing you again.
One week they want constant cuddles.
The next they close the bedroom door
and disappear into their own little world.
This movement can touch old fears inside parents.
“Did I do something wrong?”
“Why are they pulling away?”
But healthy attachment breathes.
It expands.
Contracts.
Returns again.
Love is not measured
by how tightly someone stays beside you.
Sometimes love looks like space.
Today, stay soft.
Do not chase connection.
Create the conditions for it.
A calm kitchen.
A small invitation.
A steady presence.
Children often return
when they feel free enough to move.
Green is the color of the heart.
Of trust.
Of love that does not grip too tightly.
