Sometimes the hardest words to say are “I’m not okay.”
On November 2 at noon, I’m going live on ATSN and staying on until noon November 3 in support of men’s mental health, CAMH and 9-8-8.
We’ll have guests, sports talk and honest conversations about the things men too often carry quietly. I’ll be there for the full 24 hours, because if we’re asking men to keep going, we’ll keep going too.
