Here is the cold email report my agency sent to one of our clients for July (Last month)!
Cold Email Report - July 2026:
Emails sent: 63k
New opportunities generated: 337
Qualified calls booked: 34
Revenue generated: $21,492

Biggest lesson? We recently switched to a rev share model. We are way more invested in their success. The revenue numbers reflect that.
This is revenue purely from the sales calls booked via our cold email system. Not including their other channel (Instagram Shoutouts)
When the focus is on the right metric, everybody is happy.
