Are mentors necessary?
I’m currently interviewing for a new SDR role at the moment.
There’s been a lot of ups and downs, but fortunately have a final round scheduled this week.
I’m excited to join this community to network & really focus in on my skills.
Curious to know you guys’ thoughts having a mentor and any of your experiences with one?
