What area of your business are you focusing on improving?
Heading into 2025, I’ve been reflecting a lot on where I want to focus my time and energy in my businesses.
For me, the two biggest areas are offers and systems, creating no-brainer offers that deliver massive transformation for my clients, while also setting up the systems and processes to attract leads and serve clients at scale.
