Looking for User Feedback
Hey all, I'm looking for user feedback for a website I run, to see how I can improve. (From a fresh customer's POV). I rent a product I created called The Audio Guestbook - which is a vintage style rotary phone used for capturing audio memories during a live event, for anything from weddings to funerals.
I notice every now and then after a customer calls/chats in, where there is a specific problem they encountered in their journey (confusion over which button to click, etc.), which may reduce conversion overall or the ability for someone to self-help and checkout unassisted. But these interactions are few and far between, with most dealing with it, ignoring it, or possibly abandoning ship altogether.
I'm hoping to get some fresh eyes on things from YOUR point of view, landing on the home page and navigating through the cart to checkout/pre-checkout, to get your thoughts on what is confusing, what could be improved, where something may be missing, etc.
