In this short class, we’re diving into how to trust your intuition—the gut feeling your body gives you before your mind has a chance to talk you out of it. We’ll explore why so many of us were taught to ignore our inner knowing in the name of being “nice” or “respectful,” and how that conditioning can pull us away from our safety, alignment, and truth.
You’ll learn how intuition speaks through the body (tightness, heaviness, relief, expansion), how to tell the difference between intuition, fear, and ego narratives, and how to begin rebuilding trust with your own sacred inner guidance. You’ll also experience a simple “Sacred Yes / Sacred No” check-in you can use in everyday life to practice listening to what’s truly right for you.
