Let’s keep the freebies rolling.

I’ve prepared a couple of templates/presentations that are a byproduct of the guide I shared yesterday. The guide gives the big-picture structure for the audit; these two templates focus solely on the interview process.

There are two versions: one aimed at the executive level (senior managers, directors, C-suite) and another focused on operations, the people working in the field.

Use them as is, or, together with the guide, run them through tools like Genspark or Manus to generate questions tailored to your niche (real estate, finance, marketing, etc.).
