Automation Agency start
Hi Razvan/others,
I am looking to start an automation agency for a couple reasons.
1.I find solving problems for biz owners satisfying and meaningful
2.I am 20+ yrs in sales and have a few years of entreprenurial exp.
3 . I find AI/automation interesting and I have learned many basics
I have decided that I will be hiring for help as I have run into many problems trying to learn myself and not very tech proficient. I also don't have much time as I have a job and a young one at home. My questions:
1.What would be your biggest tip for me?
2.As the progress of AI/Automation is exponential/rapid, do you think this type of agency will be useless in the near future
3.To make use of my resources/time/money which tools online automation/courses should I invest in
4.What should I be learning? I am spending 2 hours or so a week learning all I can about AI/automation now.
