I was with a client this week and we were discussing her course about nervous system reset.
Most of her course centres around chronic pain prevention, and rightly so.
However, this is not what is going to move people to buy.
It’s like teaching people how to make a sandwich when they are starving.
You need to focus on their current and biggest pain right now and give ‘em a big fat juicy sub to much on.
In her case it was helping people alleviate pain they were in at that moment. Pain causing them to not be able to focus on anything other than pain.
Once you’ve done that you gain trust and can move onto the prevention stuff.
In fitness it could be giving them a reason why they’ve failed before offering to fix them

Or giving them an achievable plan they feel they’ll be able to stick to before selling the 6 week transformation program.
Try listing out your clients biggest pain - ask them, get real feedback.
