Hi friends, Here's the worksheet I had done for this in another group. Feel free to download/print/use if you like. I find this a helpful judge of where I am in my goals now and then. I'll attach a photo version too if you prefer to download to your phone and mark it.

After our meeting this morning I finished reading chapter 2 of The Artist’s Way. Wow, I remember reading this back in 2022 and how deeply it impacted my sense of identity. The part where she talks about “crazymakers” really reminded me of my ex husband, and when she wrote about how we CHOOSE to have the crazymaker in our life as an act of self sabotage it was like a finger pointing right at me. I am interested to do the Life Pie activity again and compare it to 2022. I hope that I have more balance now. I also really love the end of the chapter where she talks about learning to be present in the moment because of the letters from her grandmother. It reminds me that even when life is very difficult, we have simple beauty around us every day, if we just take time to acknowledge it.

I listen to the book. Wait a while or a day. Go back and skim the hard copy and will then keep coming back to the tasks to use as morning page inspiration. If the only thing I take away from the book experience is this section of the book, I will be happy. I really get to pay more attention to the beauty in each moment. Wow! 🥰
