Greetings and Salutations

I'm Carlie Yates, That One Writer Chick, professional storyteller of the indie variety. I live in Dayton, OH with my youngest son who's autistic so life is never boring. I also have a very needy, VERY spoiled pup, Eva. I have two older boys that live about 30ish minutes away.

I write contemporary romance and social -issue driven drama novels. I have 11 full length novels and 1 short story in an anthology. I'm working on novel # 12 which is titled "Lucky Now" and is a standalone romantic suspense. I am an avid reader on most days, and I enjoy many genres. Music is a huge part of my life. It calms me, motivates me, helps restore me to a balanced mood. I am shy, truly, but I do try 😁
