And I am just going to explain Interview Process in short.
The interview process generally includes 3 stages - HR Interview, Technical interview and Final Interview.
So for the HR Interview, it's initial interview with a recruiter to discuss my background and fit for the company.
And Technical Interview is the most important stage, where technical skills and knowledge are tested.
Final interview will go with the CEO or Senior Management to assess my overall fit for the company.
In here, the technical interview is crucial for securing a remote job. This is where my support will be most valuable.
How It works:
Interview Scheduling - I will schedule the interviews and inform you of the date and time.
Preparation - Before the interview, I will provide all the necessary technical details and background information.
