✍️ Stop Editing While You’re Writing

One of the fastest ways to kill your momentum is trying to write and edit at the same time.

You write a paragraph.

Then reread it.

Change three words.

Rewrite a sentence.

Question whether any of it is good.

Twenty minutes later... you've written almost nothing. 😅

Here's a better approach:

📝 Drafting: Tell the story. Get it onto the page. Keep moving.

🔎 Editing: Come back later with a completely different objective. Look at structure, pacing, dialogue, continuity, clarity, and what needs to change.

They're two different jobs.

And your first draft?

It doesn't have to be good. It has to exist.
