I'm a medical herbalist, tarot & astrology reader based in Walkerburn, a wee town in the Scottish Borders. For the past 4 years, I've been travelling between Scotland and Southeast Asia, supporting my parents - now just my mum since my dad passed two years ago.

Currently in Penang, Malaysia, but heading back to Scotland on July 4th! 🥳

I am excited to work on my creativity growing my Skool community, Substack and YouTube channels.

This year has been a creative stretch. I kicked things off in February with the Snowdrop Visibility Challenge, a daily video on Substack & YouTube. It was intense, but I did it! 🤩

Since then, I’ve kept up a weekly video rhythm (minus last week, travel and a funeral stirred the mix... old excuses or self-care, who knows! 🤔) Curveballs can all too easily send me off track, but I have had an exponential amount of creative output this year, so it feels good to take my foot off the gas a bit this month.

I’m now sharing a bi-weekly Wanderlust Herbal Podcast video interviews with plant inspired souls around the world, and experimenting with different styles of video content on alternate weeks: herbal, spiritual, lunar, astrological, nature, travel, and personal growth.

Momentum naturally dipped after shifting from daily to weekly, so my focus over the next 6 months is to stay consistent with weekly videos plus the podcast, ideally building habits like batching to ride the creative highs and coast through the low ebbs.
