Building Inspector licensing does NOT exist
Were you aware that states Australia Wide have no regulation or licensing in place for people to undertake Pre-Purchase Building and Timber Pest Inspections. Besides the state of QLD.
This lack of oversight is not well known to home owners within the real estate space.
What are your thoughts? Should there be something in place?
