If a disabled person walks into your business with a service dog,
would your staff confidently know what to do?
Accessibility isn’t just ramps.
It’s policy.
It’s training.
It’s attitude.
If a service dog team has to argue for entry, that’s not inclusion. That’s conditional access.
Inclusion means dignity — without debate.
