Change
Definition: to become different.
If you're looking for change, you must start doing different actions towards your desired change. Doing what you're doing now is yielding the results you have NOW. For different results, something has to change (most likely you).
Try a 5-minute stretch this morning, or a 20-minute walk outside before starting your day, even a 10-minute guided meditation on YouTube.
This will initiate change, improve posture, increase energy, and "kickstart" your metabolism (just burn calories, you'll feel better :) )
