Embracing CHANGE- wisdom for daily Life

HI, I am Dr Joe Vertino, doctor only in Reiki! The Universal energy is all around! Unlike you and me we are just found in this one place.. So, my wisdom for you is simply based on what is a normal occurence of Life and perhaps we can say DEATH! MUAHAHA. So, Thee way if we are even realizing it is possible is to embrace! To hug yourself can seem so odd to our arms which are used to batting things away and surrendering our mind to separation. To embrace allows the energy of the heart to become invested. And we can see how if we embrace more than just ourself we are divinely inspired.
