Character Challenge: Feb 15 - Mar 15 - The Nomad
This is my interpretation of the reference images given. I enjoyed the challenge, its very refreshing drawing something based off of imagery and it really was a lot of fun!
This is a Cross-Planar Traveler, a Nomad, if you will. She is always exploring new realms with a detachment from Society and Material.
Would love some feedback! Mostly on Silhouette as that is something I would like to improve on. If you see something else worth commenting on, please do! Thanks! :))
I initially had planned on creating a mage as I found the imagery very magical and noble but as I began creating a figure, if came to have more of a "wanderer" vibe. With the colours I chose, the Vase was a bit more difficult to incorporate. So I stuck with only incorporating its form on her pants and legs minus the colour. I wanted to emphasize her skin look so I included a closeup image of her hand. Really happy with how it came out and look forward to creating more characters!
