Pressure Can Be Invisible
One thing I’ve realized over the last few years is that a lot of pressure is invisible.
People carry things quietly.
Financial pressure. Family pressure. The pressure of trying to hold things together
while rebuilding your life.
Most people won’t say it directly.
They just keep moving, hoping things improve before everything catches up.
I think that’s why honest conversations matter more now.
Not to complain. Not to stay stuck.
But to stop pretending everything is fine when it’s not.
A lot of people are carrying more than they admit.
What kind of pressure do you think people hide the most?
