Extreme heat we use them the minute we walk off the field on Thursday’s and our players were required to mix them into their bottled water at pre-game meal on Friday’s. We’ve had little to no issues with cramps on Friday nights. We feel it has been a great advantage for us both physically and mentally for our players.
