Im just on my way back from Morocco and my brain is still full from GITEX.

There are things you simply cannot learn from reading or listening to someone talk about them. You have to be in the room. And this week put me in a lot of rooms.

And yes, the solutions we saw at GITEX were good. But I want to be honest with you: what we are learning and building here is far more advanced than anything I saw there. Let that sink in.

I’m coming back with one thing burning in my mind. Something I always had in the back of my head but now I am ready to move fast and execute.

I am building an Agency Builder Network

Here is the reality: I came back with more potential clients than I can handle alone. The opportunities are literally endless and everywhere. Moroccan market, MENA, and beyond. And I refuse to let those opportunities go to waste.

So I want to build a network of people I trust. People who can execute. People who are ready.

Here is who I am looking for right now:

People who are already building production AI solutions or are confident they can start immediately.

People who are strong at selling or advertising online.

Sector specialists across hospitality, agriculture, marketing, logistics, and more.

The way this works: I can bring you clients that I can’t currently take, together we will organise the network by sector so we always know who is the go-to person for what, and together we deliver. I will supervise and double check everything if needed at the beginning to make sure quality is there, and you are comfortable with it..

Everyone benefits.

This is just an idea I’m exploring and I’d like to give it a real structure and putting in place right now.

We start with Moroccan clients. Then we open to broader MENA clients. Then we go West.

I will do a proper live on all of this once I catch my breath after coming back. But I am not waiting to put out the call.

Je rentre du Maroc aujourdhui et ma tête tourne encore après le GITEX.

Il y a des choses qu’on ne peut tout simplement pas apprendre en lisant ou en écoutant quelqu’un en parler. Il faut être dans la salle. Et cette semaine m’a mise dans beaucoup de salles.

Et oui, les solutions qu’on a vues au GITEX étaient bien, Mais je vais être honnête avec vous : ce que nous apprenons et construisons ici est bien plus avancé que tout ce que j’ai vu là-bas.

Je rentre avec une seule chose qui brûle dans mon esprit. Quelque chose que j’avais toujours en tête mais maintenant je suis prête à bouger vite et à exécuter.

Voici la réalité : je suis rentrée avec plus de clients potentiels que je ne peux gérer seule. Les opportunités sont littéralement infinies et partout. Le marché marocain, la région MENA, et bien au-delà. Et je refuse de laisser ces opportunités disparaître.

Alors je veux construire un réseau de personnes en qui j’ai confiance. Des personnes qui savent exécuter. Des personnes qui sont prêtes.

Voici ce que je recherche maintenant :

Des personnes qui construisent déjà des solutions IA en production ou qui sont confiantes pour démarrer immédiatement. Des personnes fortes en vente ou en publicité en ligne. Des spécialistes sectoriels en hôtellerie, agriculture, marketing, logistique, et plus encore.

Comment ça fonctionne : j’apporte les clients, j’organise le réseau par secteur pour qu’on sache toujours qui est la personne de référence pour quoi, et ensemble on livre. Je supervise et vérifie tout au début pour garantir la qualité. Tout le monde en bénéficie. Ce n’est pas de la charité et ce n’est pas juste une idée. C’est une vraie structure que je mets en place maintenant.

On commence avec les clients marocains. Ensuite on ouvre aux clients MENA. Ensuite on va vers l’Occident.

Je ferai un live complet sur tout ça dès que je reprends mon souffle après ce retour. Mais je n’attends pas pour lancer l’appel.
