Im new here and I'll try not to yap but um
WHY IS HAVING A DEGREE A BIG STANDARD?!?!
i want to pursue my dream which is seeking knowledge, learning about the Deen of Allah, it's my passion and it's the only thing i want to pursue as a career as well..
But then i see people pushing forth the idea that just seeking religious knowledge isn't good enough. I've been so stressed out bc of this, I don't wanna go to uni, it's not my dream, i dont want it. Why should i pursue something for other people? Even if i do end up going to uni, it wouldn't be bc i want to, it's going to make me miserable. I'm seeking knowledge and i want to do that, it's something i wanna work hard for. It's embarrassing but i needed to let this out into the universe 😔
