Book recommendation by Claude Code for AI Orchestrators
Mollick is a professor at Wharton, and this is by far the most important book for developing what we could call a "partnership mindset" with AI. The central argument is that AI should be treated as a collaborator, not a tool—and that this radically changes how you define tasks, evaluate outputs, and know when to intervene. For an Orchestrator, who spends all day making decisions about what to delegate to agents and what to reserve for humans, this book builds the essential mental framework. It's 256 pages dense with practical examples, without romanticism or alarmism.
