If you want to start participating in our next class series about developing a relationship with a plant, you can choose your plant and put its seed in an indoor pot or outside in your garden! Let's have some fun over the growing season. I've chosen to deepen my relationship with Ocimum Sanctum or Ocimum tenuiflorum (holy basil or tulsi as it's called). I found seeds in with the leaves from a purchase I made yesterday at my local herb store, Nocturnus Art and Metaphysical http://nocturnus.ca/. Tom, the owner of the store, said there might be seeds in his garden tulsi and there were! I have been looking for tulsi seeds since last spring. I'm so excited to start another tulsi plant. Pictured is a tulsi plant I planted in an indoor tent.
