How criminal court responded to me

I sent them two rounds of my petition and order for refund and abatement, they play dumb and try to intimidate, looks like they’re the ones who’re gonna need legal advice. I already hired the IRS CID to get involved. My wife’s attorney received the packet I sent to the IRS, so he’s aware that I’m doing something, I don’t think he has the education to understand the implications of everything I’m actively doing.

Monday, the maggot sent me the joint statement where I’ve got over $150,000 against my crooked wife, I declined to sign, when asked for the reason, very simply, “this case is under criminal investigation”. I’m going into court on Monday to tell the judge to relinquish the GAAP accounting, I want the 1099-A copy C for the bid, performance, and payment bonds, otherwise I will take them to US Tax Court for prosecution, this is where I’ll be instructing the judge to order the return of our son, and making the request that he/she works with the Dallas Fort Worth DA to issue a warrant for her arrest if she doesn’t return him to me in Southern California.

The courts of Riverside county don’t seem to do anything about parental and child alienation, as long as the falsely alleged victim continues to play the victim, they will steamroll over the healthy parent. They shouldn’t be surprised by what I’m doing.

The background cliff notes; now single Mom of four boys from three dads, with a history of violence, issued false allegations of me, AND my dad. Dad, a disabled Vietnam vet whom I’m taking care of, was ejected from our home within six months of moving her and her kids in with us. Two years later, monkey branched to one of several boyfriends, issued false allegations against me, did $40,000 worth of damage to the home over seventeen months while having other adults living there without my knowledge or consent. Here’s the weird thing, when I refinanced, I got her on the mortgage (deed of trust), but not on title (grant deed), meaning when it’s paid in full, the release of certificate goes to me and me alone. She thought she could move in and pull off a long con for the home. This was all the cost of exposing an apex narcissistic predator, when they know you know, God will use them to break you so you can become strong enough to disempower them. I had no choice but to get me, AND our son out of their jurisdiction, essentially seizing custody through exclusive equity jurisprudence.

After I collapse these cases, I’ll have at least five litigations to roll out.
