Day 5 – Take a Walk Without Your Phone
Your nervous system was not designed to be “on” all day.
Constant notifications, scrolling, and comparison can quietly keep your body in a state of tension — even if you don’t realize it.
One of the simplest ways to regulate your nervous system is movement + space.
When you step away from screens, your body gets a chance to reset.
✅ Today’s Practice (5–10 minutes)
Take a short walk without your phone.
No music.
No podcasts.
No scrolling.
Just walk and notice:
• Your breathing
• The temperature of the air
• The sounds around you
• How your body feels as you move
You’re giving your nervous system a break from constant input.
