Need Help with a Customer
Hi everyone,
I got an email from a customer as they have some fault with my product that mounts to the wall using a bracket. The bracket they’re saying is defective and I was considering sending them new brackets or a new product altogether. How should I go about resolving this issue. Need help ASAP. They sent me the Amazon order number.
