📢 Recording Academy Final Recommendation Update

First, thank you all for your patience while I finalized the recommendation assignments. Everyone should now be accounted for.

Due to circumstances beyond anyone's control, a few assignments have changed which I will keep everyone's personal issues discreet at this time. Please review the updated list below and use these assignments moving forward.

I have also attached a new Candidate Intake Template that is much easier to complete than the previous version. Please download it, fill it out to the best of your ability, and send it to each person assigned to recommend you. Remember, everyone also needs two recommendations, so you'll receive completed templates from those assigned to you as well.

Once your assigned candidate returns their completed template, use the link below to submit one recommendation for each person assigned to you.

REMINDERS

• Submit your recommendations as soon as possible.

• Once you receive your Recording Academy confirmation email, send me a screenshot via DM so I can update our tracking sheet.

• If you've already completed your assigned recommendations, no further action is needed unless I contact you.

• If you believe there's an error with your assignment, message me privately before submitting additional recommendations.

VOTING MEMBERSHIP REMINDER

If accepted as a Recording Academy Voting Member, you will be responsible for paying the $150 annual membership fee directly to the Recording Academy before March 2027. This payment is not made to me.

Final Sponsorship Opportunity

Lisa Jackson has generously offered one final sponsorship covering two AMP members.

To be considered, you must:

• Be experiencing a genuine financial hardship.

• Be committed to serving as a Voting Member if accepted.

• Be willing to volunteer your time with the Recording Academy community (virtual participation is acceptable).

• Be an active AMP member who consistently attends class and completes assignments.

We will verify participation, assignment completion, and attendance before making the final selections.
